DTDC Courier & Cargo — delivery not done (r[protected] | |||
My courier was despatched on 19th december which reached goa on 26 december. It nearly took 7 days for my courier to reach goa. Now after reaching goa (Margao) till today my courier is still not delivered. I spoke to the delivery boy in goa and he keeps telling me that he will come and deliver. But the delivery is not been done. When i keep calling him he does not answer the phone. I am really frustrated, i want action to be taken against this person.
