DTDC Courier & Cargo — delivery of post

Rakhi was posted on 9/8/19. Agent checked the address of recipient online. Recipient mobile number was also mentioned on post for convinent delivery. Now they are returning with a remark of wrong address as per tracking data available on line. They are making false statements. Address is absolutely correct. I should be compensated for this all suffering. As quite evident from documents attached. Please let me know anything can be done from your side. If it is not possible from your side, how can i do it.

I have send a Currier parcel ( realmex 8 gb phone) from dadar east branch but I have not received my parcel with in 6 days so I want file a complain to dtdc Currier.
I want my amount 22192 RS in my hand.
Please file my complain.

The package has been sent on 17th August 2019, but still not delivered till date and showing as Consignment Redirected.
