Dear dtdc,
Why do you call yourself a courier company when u cant transport my courier to my home which is hardly 10 km from your office here... Ur workers there say we dont have facillity to provide u there... U hav to come here to collect it.. So wats the use of yours then.. If things keep on going like this.. I dont think is far enough that u will end up in worsened conditions...

When the order was placed I didn't gave my pin code so order was delivered to kanpur but when my calling courier services then they are not picking the call.
If parcel has been lost then I want compensation.
If not so I would do complaint or fire case against DTDC Courier and Cargo.
