[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — didn't receive my courier and status showing returned without contacting | |||
This is very bad, I dont know why does this kind of company exist if they are unable to do proper service. My brother send the courier on 07th aug'19 from Meerut and till now I didnt receive. When I checked online on DTDC website I was shocked to see that they have initiated the return without contacting either sender or receiver. Both mobile numbers are mentioned on the packet. When I tried to contact the support team on the provided number, no one picked my call. Tried for more than one hour but no luck. After lot of research on internet somehow I got contact number on Justdial, his name is Sujit from DTDC, as per him the delivery boy tried to contact me but my number was unreachable hence he returned it, but i didn't get any call from DTDC, when i enquired my brother he said he got call from delivery boy on 10th Aug and he asked him to call me. but that guy didn't call and put the message "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))" The address was mentioned on the packet was 100% correct as we get all online deliveries like Amazon, Flipkart, Govt Speedpost etc. How that address should be incorrect. That guy Sujit gave me one number of Sarakki branch, his name is Vinay. I called him on the same day and he updated me in 10 min the packed is still with them it was not dispatched, I felt so good as the packed has "my mother doctor prescription as I have to meet the doctor in Bangalore. I request him its medical emergency but since today he is not picking my call. Im tired to follow them, please help me. I try and tracking my parcel Z91803722 but not response and today I contact bikaner dtdc courier service than he told me shayad humne aapko call kiya hoga but yesterday 21 Aug 2019 i was went there and received other parcel because he called me than I go and take it. Sir I send you all tracking and other details about dtdc courier whatsapp chatting and some screenshot when I try tracking about this no. You check carefully when I try 20 Aug 2019 than show 16 Aug 2019 and location Jaipur. Z91803854 when received bikaner agency than him call me [protected] no and I go there and received but Z91803722 same mobile no and he cannot call me or not dispatched my home address. I also complaint and complaint no.[protected]also enclosed) and and I try [protected]/630 approx 25-30 times every times busy. Please take action against my complaint no and my parcel tracking details and try again dispatch my address otherwise you call me I collect Bikaner city agency, Khajanchi market, KEM Road, Bikaner.
Sir If my pin code is wrong than my mobile no is correct because same address my another parcel I received in dtdc office when Pankaj Ji from DTDC Bikaner call me and I go there and collect than how Z91803722 order problem. Its my urgent parcel and dtdc too much late than I complaint against this no. dtdc send me address with free shipping and earlier.
