[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — DTDC courier is not yet received | |||
Dear sir, I would like to register a complaint against dtdc courier for not delivering my parcel yet. I have raised a request to dtdc for pincode change i. E. 560087 (Varthur, bangalore) to 560078 (Jp nagar, bangalore) on 6th feb 2016. Immediately i got a auto generated mail from them for receiving the complaint with case number 05650091. Then after i keep writing mails to them for status update but i got no response from them. I even called customer care for the same, there too i got nothing but disappointment.
