Sir, my father sent a document (Worth rs 1000) from amravati to pune m56205609 it shows delivered but on 10/10/2017 but uptill it dont get me!! When i try to call or visit dtdc kondwa office they are not beheaving properly!! And said that we cant do any thing and they said that u go to police and do anything we dont care!!! And misbeheave and use bad words!!! Sir what can i do i have to submit that document on 20/11/2017 otjer wise my admission get cancelled!!! Their delivery is very poor. I have booked a packate which is not deliver in 7 days.also booking office person is not responding properly.I will suggest to send by post rather than dtdc courier.
