Worst experience with dtdc. I have sent parcel from london to india on 1/4/2018 and paid £4 per kg also £5 for service charge total i have paid £57 13 kg was my goods.in the parcel i have sent clothes only when parcel has been arrived to india hey are charging 1475 rs for the hendling charge. While asking them they are not answering the phone keeping on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and then cut the phone no one answered the phone.

In the parcel I have sent clothes when parcel has been arrived to India on Monday 9/04/2018 they are charging 1475 rs for the hendling charge, And custom duty, GST, before sending the parcel they did not mention anything about the extra charge. They said nothing will be charge in India everything including in this payment. Please never use service from Croydon office, 1, Bridgestock parade, Thornton Heat, CR77HW
While calling them they are not answering the phone in Uk dtdc customer care and keeping on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and then cut the phone no one answered the phone.
