DTDC Courier & Cargo — extra charges and delayed delivery | |||
I submitted the parcel on 1 august in abu dhabi brach and i was informed that it will be delivered in 2 days in mumbai and its been more than 5 days that its not been delivered till date. As per update from dtdc dubai office, i have checked from the receiver's end and they were available to receive the delivery on 4th august but there was no delivery. Kindly check with your staff. Also, i was not informed any thing initially regarding the custom charges for this and i have to pay unnecessary without any prior information. This is the fist time is chose dtdc and will make sure not use this service again in future. Was this information helpful? | |||
