DTDC Courier & Cargo — Failed to keep promised time of delivery

Hi, I booked an article bearing CN No. V[protected]Weighed 912 grams) with DTDC Bankura (PIN Code 722102) on 25/05/2017 in the morning under National Blue Express Service for Rs. 474/-. Article was bound for Kochi (PIN Code 682019). According to the National Blue service agreement, It should be delivered within Next Business Day that means on 27/05/2017. The tracking record shows it is still lying with DTDC Kolkata office as on 27/05/2017. Within this period, there was no holiday, no natural calamity occurred either in booking area or at destination nor even in the path between. So, why should anyone pay such high price if they cannot keep their service agreement? I could send my article by Speed Post or by any other service provider with much less expense. Now, I want my paid price back along with the loss I incurred. Please help.

Updated by paulsubhajit My package (AWB: V[protected] Booked with 'DTDC National Blue' service on 25.05.2017 was supposed do be delivered on 27.05.2017 as National Blue is a 'next business day delivery' service. But it was delivered on 29.05.2017. As 27.05.2017 was a business day, they did not keep their service agreement. Due to this I may be in loss of Rs. 5200.00 (Rupees five thousand two hundred only). Now I want my paid shipping charge along with loss incurred back. Please help.
