DTDC Courier & Cargo — I did not receive the courier nor am I able to track the shipment. | |||
The courier was sent from Kolkata to Kerala(Pincode:690513) on 15/05/2019 through DTDC COURIER & CARGO and I haven’t received the courier and I am still not able track the shipment. My consignment/tracking number is P20543688. I want immediate action taken against this issue or I will proceed legally to get my courier. This is very irresponsible attitude of DTDC and strict measures should be taken. I as a customer demand immediate redressal as soon as possible. How can we trust DTDC if it is this unreliable? PATHETIC DTDC India service. My shipment was undelivered twice, i have raised complaints but unresponsive and pathetic customer care service. Nobody asked me what can they do as a customer dissatisfied. Still no resolution provided to me, neither my money is returned
