DTDC Courier & Cargo — International shipment

The shipment consisted of medicines and without checking the rules at the destination, DTDC accepted to deliver medicines and took the payment. Finally it was sent back by the destination. Receiver did not get the package and sender lost all the money.
Furthermore, DTDC uses DHL to make international shipments, so they never have any clear shipment delivery information.
DTDC customer care and employees are extremely incompetent and cannot resolve any issues.
