[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — irresponsible behaviour by dtdc employees, courier not delivered

I have couriered the my documents from hyderabad on 14th august to visakhapatnam.
I see the courier is not yet delivered. I contacted the destination (Srinagar, gajuwaka visakhapatnam, phone number : [protected], [protected]) dtdc branch, the response is very bad from that branch and they say they are not responsible for the delivery of the package.
This behaviour from dtdc utterly disappoints me as a customer. There is no information in dtdc website, when trying to track it. I feel some misuse of the courier which i sent.

I went to the DTDC office, where I have submitted the package for delivery and explained the situation. They contacted the Main branch at the receiver city and taken care of the Delivery.

DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
