The item sent from Lucknow to Bangalore was not delivered even after writing the correct address. the reason for not delivering is mentioned as wrong/incorrect address. The courier tracking ID is Z27457471.
If the address is found correct and then also the item is not delivered then I am not paying any charges for re-delivering the consignment to the mentioned address.

We sent a courier from faridabad to Kerala and one of the item from the package was stolen we sent an email to customer care and complained to delivering office at both locations but there is no response. Can anyone help???
