Sir,
I have sent my parcel to india from
Ipswich, uk on 17th oct 2018, but till date there has been no response on the whereabouts of my luggage. Whenever i call the office number they either don’t pick up or just hang up. I have written serveral mails and tried to take follow ups from dtdc but apart from asking to wait there has been no progress.
Could you please let me know how do i go about complaining against dtdc uk and ask for compensation occurred on my loss.

In Ahmadabad DTDC customer care contact no i have continue called from 15 days but not in service .If this services has continue like this than why next time onwords why we have work with DTDC.

In DTDC I have work in service from 15 yrs .

Please check it & do the necessary action ASAP.
