DTDC Courier & Cargo — misbehavior by dtdc agency person | |||
I went for courier cosignment no. Z16401275 from dtdc waidhan, Singrauli. The respective person charged me 130 rupees for courier from Singrauli to buopal. I checked online the price was shown 85 rs. When i asked him why he charged more. He misbehaved with me. And told me courier will go from renukoot to bhopal. When i asked as his shop is in Singrauli why he is charging from renukoot. He told me it is that way only. Very dissatisfied by his behaviour and service provided by dtdc. Was this information helpful? | |||
