DTDC Courier & Cargo — misplaced valuable documents of a company | |||
It's not first time we are facing same issue with dtdc courier services. We have couriered company confidential documents through dtdc and the same was misplaced. Dtdc also not care to update its clients about the status of courier in transit and to shows that they are diligent and time bound to its courier services, updated false status as successfully delivered to recipient. On continuously follow up of dtdc by us, though dtdc do not care to respond, at last final response was - the courier has been lost! Was this information helpful? | |||

Parcel with tracking id : R32193419 was refused delivery by my customer and the tracking showed successfully delivered. I want my parcel back and please do take action to those people who tried to do fraud
