I shipped my product to ebay warehouse on 2 august 2018 through dtdc. I got the receipt and the awb consignment no. I tried to track the product but the status just showed 'booked at hub'. I contacted the officials but they couldn't help me. They just told me that the place where i was sending the product does not have air support so they would have to take the product from the airport to the location in shipping vehicle. Even after 10 days, on 12 august, the status was same as 'booked at hub'. I enquired again, but still they couldn't track it. I emailed to the customer care but even they didn't reply. But on 13 august 2018, i was called by the dtdc office that they has returned the product to my location. They told me that they couldn't ship the product. Because of their negligence and stupidity, my ebay guarantee claim was closed and now i won't be able to get a refund. I have lost 800 rupees in it. Dtdc has cheated me very badly. They didn't even ship my product. They just kept the product in the office for 12 days without any matter. I want dtdc to pay me my money back. It is because of their fault that my ebay guarantee claim was closed and my refund was cancelled. I want justice. Was this information helpful? |
