I have contacted dtdc phone support 4 times for a status update. Everytime i called i get a response that "we have registered a complaint & escalated to concerned department, they will respond with the exact status of shipment". But for past 3 days i am still waiting for that response. The tracking status on your website was last updated on 24th july & it's been 6 days now without any update. Your phone support agent assured that i will receive the shipment by 30th july. But i haven't received it yet & waiting eagerly for an update. The shipment contains a laptop which is very essential for me at this moment. I am really disappointed & frustrated with the lethargic response i have received.
I hope you understand my concern & take this escalation seriously. Please notify me the current status & expected delivery date asap. Pfb the shipment details -
