DTDC Courier & Cargo — No update on tracking, no response from branches/ customer care.

I have a parcel that was send to me from barmer and it hasn't reach siliguri till date,
Parcel was sent on 28th of august and its been about 14 days and i have no knowledge of its whereabouts, i tried to contact every DTDC offices including customer care but no answer, i also have been tracking but no update is being shown( since one week the parcel is in transit from kolkata to siliguri).

How do i know when and where the parcel is?.
