Dear Team, I booked a parcel from Hyderabad on 2nd of May 2017 for Godda, Via- Patna. Name of recipient is Soni Kumari. It has been 5 days and there is no clue about the whereabouts of the parcel. A37669702 its the courier I am yet to rcv. Sent on 28th Ap. Reached Hyd Hub on 29th. Since then it's just roaming from one hub to other. If you can't deliver in time, better shut down your company. You completely lack customer service. And for what purpose you make us pay??? It's 3rd may and still no sign of my parcel. Sick o[censored]r service. Rating 0
