Courier containing 8 certification worth rs. 11900 each was sent through dtdc courier as contractual Obligation of trackable delivery from certificate issuing authority (Iosh uk). The courier tracking number R28597310 dated 30 th january 2018 found delivered to wrong recipient, mr basil of kothamangalam by dtdc In place of mr leo/ hod mbits, to avoid travelling to mbits located at nellimattom. The courier is still not Delivered to addressee. The matter was highlighted to brach manager dtdc at aluva and reported that the Same was delivered by their own franchise. No other responsible action assured. When enquired about higher Official of dtdc he was reluctant to provide. Complaint details are mentioned below.
