Addendum to the above mail -
Mr. Md of dtdc company - we have dispatched the parcel on 28th november'18
And due delivery is 30th november'18 and today is 4th december'18 and still
Nobody from dtdc is able to tell me the time as to when the delivery will
Be done.
Is this the way you work? Shame on dtdc.
*i have sent mails to 6 places out of which 5 did not even acknowledge and
Ur consumer complaints section sends a casual reply that it will take
Several days to even respond!* nobody is concerned and upon being back of
The vizag akkayyapalem branch people who are making me run and giving me
Excuses which i am ashamed to tell u also. They are still unable to tell me
A time when the delivery will be done or whether it will be done or not

U keep writing good books about good delivery systems and customer service
Which i have read about. And this is what i have to gather from it

Writing books is very easy sir or doing philanthropy, but the business &
Actual service to customer must be done first or not? Please let me know

I am going to put this in media and readers complains columns in all
Newspapers.
