Letter/envelope containing important documents was booked at calcutta to be delivered at jammu address on 21/07/2017 vide consigment no. K00939966. The said envelope has not been delivered to me till date despite repeated reminders to the dtdc couriers. I request the higher authorities of the dtdc couriers to look into the matter & have the envelope delivered to me at an earliest otherwise i will be compelled to approach the consumer court for defiencies in services for damages. Z20431643 : This package was containing 3 items. Where one item is missing and the package is damaged. In the process one of the item is also damaged. I need full explanation and compensation.
