Myself v srinivasan, i have asked my wife to send important document through your courier sevice from my homtown thanjavur to chilakaluripet andhra pradesh, as it is urgent for me. They told my wife that it will be delivered within 5days but now its more than 10 days poand the courier is still not deliverd. My consignment no is c85931578 date d on 29/11/2018 even i went
To dtdc franchise office in chilakaluripet to know about the status of my courier and responded, the document lying at hyderabad from 03/12/2018 onwards.

Please help me out in this issue.

Past three days dtdc was closed and that person not answering any call, i tried my four five numbers but he is not answering any call.. From past three days... What can i do... I need immediate solution.

My product is completely damaged while delivered and they didnt inform anything about that. Not handling customer products and with care. Too bad

I courrier items through dtdc but the packed destroy by company. I took action against company.

When I am tracking with this number its showing no data found.. Plz convey my regards...& solve the problem.
