I have send an courier on 19june, 2017 through dtdc. Now its status shows me rto without any reason.
I have already given an exact address of receiver. And receiver is present at his location. Then why it go for rto.
I have also tried to contact customer care but they not answering my call.
Cons. No. = z28382438
I have realize that it is the worst response from any courier service.

I have purchase a flip cover for my mobile on 16 june 2017 from ebay.Com
it got shipped via dtdc
i give an address place in malappuram, and the product got delivered in kottayam in kerala.
Now they said me to raise a claim, they have loosed my 8 days.

Dear Dtdc,

I'm am very sad and disappointed to inform that my parcel has been opened I had to receive 6 pants and 5 tooth paste, instead i got 4 pant and 2 tooth paste... dtdc employees stole it???
