DTDC Courier & Cargo — not delivered the consignment z71591071

The consignment number z71591071 is not delivered so far. Please deliver the letter asap. I have posted the letter on 21 october 2018. I called the dtdc center where i have posted the letter. However they refused to help me. Rather they do not know how to behave properly to the customer. Please fix the problem as soon as possible. The letter is very important for me.

Sir, my parcel no. V48765324 is not delivered due to the change of pincode which is 560037 and due to mistake by parcel agent at varanasi it was written 560027 ..
I request to deliver it at given address
