DTDC Courier & Cargo — not received my parcel but status show successfully delivered

This tracking number Z59294145 didn't delivered to me but the DTDC tracking is showing the status as "Successfully Delivered".

I dont know to whome DTDC guys delivered my parcel. this is a cloth which sent form my manufacture.. I would like to file a case against DTDC Siliguri branches.

Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
