DTDC Courier & Cargo — Not receiving the parcel

I have sent a parcel on 31.03.2017 from DTDC Jorhat to Assam University, Silchar. The parcel contains some important documents. But, it has not been received yet in the destination address. This is very very important for me and the DTDC Jorhat and Sichar office can't provide any solution to this issues. Please look over the matter as it is related to someone life.

I have ordered an item with PayTM order No.[protected] dated 20 Mar 2017. The item reached at Kalpetta (Wayanad, Keala) courier facility with in 05 days and they are unwilling to supply to my address given in the package and simply send it back. Take proper action against the DTDC courier office at Kalpetta.
