DTDC Courier & Cargo — Damage and missing of important documents | |||
On 20th I received my parcel consignment no.K94953481But unfortunately my parcel was not in a good condition when delivered to me, rather a medium sized hole was present at the side end of the parcel as if some one has done this with a view of peeping into the stuff inside the parcel.As a result some of my documents were missing through the hole made in the parcel So it is requested to look into the matter as I have faced huge damage due to loss of my important documents. Actually mera product merko mila hi nahi h Jo ki 11 March ko rawana hua Tha and me courier office dtdc ko cl kar rahi hu to uta nahi rahe h and tracking no bi wrong show ho raha Hai.. and kabse phone switch off aa raha hai or to or mene paid bi Kya Hai Mera product ka price but ab tk no response nothing and tracking Id bi wrong batati rahi hau...

My tracking id number Z15377377, when i go to tha dtdc branch etawah, he told me you courier has return, so what i do plese help me and contact me TEJASVA PRATAP SINGH, MOB [protected], MY address yadav nagar, jaswant nagar, etawah (u.p) 206245 it is my very important document so give me advice what i do for accpet my courier plese suggest me .
