[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Package missing

We have sent a package through DTDC but it is not delivered and marked as delivered. When raised a query to DTDC they are telling that the courier has been delivered and sent a document with the details. There is no receiver name and signature and simply company is telling that the courier has been delivered which is not acceptable. Please look into the issue and do the needful. Nov 18, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Courier delivered to a different address and delivered after raising the complainant. Delivered date appearing in tracking is different than the actual delivery date. Collected courier from the different address where it is delivered after informed by the receiver. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
