My package with tracking no. D54115251is not delivered yet. It shows the last date over for submission and that was on 1st oct. If the items cross the delivery date the team doesn't deliver or what? The date is 4th now and there has been no call or next plan of action mentioned. This is not the first time dtdc service is on fault. Can there be an action taken?
