DTDC Courier & Cargo — packet is not delivered

I had been wait for my courier but in kurukshetra service is very bad. They are behaving in very bad manner. They are very unresponsible person. They called me at office and then said that i'm not able to find your courier. So i have to return my home withot courier. His office in mohan nagar kurukshetra 136118. Whenever i call hin, he just switch off his mobile phones. Please take any action soon.

I sent a package from Hyderabad to Delhi. H02635006 is the consignment number. I courier the package on 27/07/2017. On 29/07/2017 the status was showing as out for delivery. But till now the package did not get delivered. No customer service phone numbers mentioned in the website are working nor being answered.
