DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel delivered to wrong person and not returning it | |||||
The worst delivery service i have ever experienced, took 4days to deliver from Ghansoli to Andheri (22km), All 4days were business days. I went to their office to recall the parcel on 3rd day as concerned person is no longer available on that address, but still they delivered the parcel to wrong person on 4th day. Now they are asking me to pay to recall the parcel. No guarantee if it will be returned. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My friend courier to me from Vizag to Bangalore. I have checked online status and it says continious door lock. Even courier guy not contacted me over phone. and they wrote by sitting from their office. The worst ever courier facility ever I have seen. Please request you do not use this service, they are just eating money.
