[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel has not delivered but tracking status showed it is delivered. | |
Shipment n.-D[protected] Booking date - 29 Sep 2021 I had to receive parcel which was coming from Delhi. On 2nd Oct., I received a phone call from Delivery Person, he said that " I do not deliever in that area, maybe the parcel sent to the wrong office." After, tracking status had showed "Redirected." On 3rd Oct. I wrote email to customer support and got no reply. On 4th Oct. Tracking status had showed "incomplete or wrong address." On 5th Oct. Again, tracking status showed "delivered successfully" But in actual parcel had not delievered and I didn't get any kind of call from delivery person. My address is absolutely correct. Parcel delivery has been done by many companies in the past as well, Even by DTDc also. I registered complain on online customer complaints, but after the tracking status showed 'delieverd', it went close. I tried to register again but system showed unable to saved. They have inactive customer support ( no phone number related with customer care). A customer doesn't know what to do and where to go (even they already paid charges). This is serious problem, customers lost their valuable documents, things etc. Along with their time. Kindly solve the problem. Thankyou. Was this information helpful? | |
Oct 8, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I didn't received any kind of email or phone call by company.
I again called the person who sent me parcel .
This time I got phone number. I made call on that number. Person gave me another phone number. I made called again on the given number.
Parcel will be delivered. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
