[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel is not delivered and DTDC team is not responding | |
We have courier the parcel on 24-April-2021, last 2 days the DTDC courier tracking is not changing and customer support team is not giving reply on my request and opted for DTDC Plus with extra money. Why this happen? Even after complaining to customer care, daily calling from last 2 days no response, just saying we will look after it. Was this information helpful? | |
