Hi,
DTDC usually never contacts the customer on the mobile number to deliver the parcel if they can't find the location in Pune. I was in Pune and it has happened many times. Check a DTDC courier office location nearest to your delivery location and contact them there. It's no use in waiting and trying to call them by phone, there won't be any response.
