The package with consignment number h11758940 is sent for deliveryto surat on 28 th december 2018. Till now the parcel hasnt been delivered. On contacting the dtdc person, he saying the parcel has reached office but not the recepient yet. He said he would be following up but i havent received any update. I have raised a complaint on the same and there is no action taken yet. I am seriously regreting for choosing dtdc. I plead to close this atleast now asap. | |||
