[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel not received to consignee | |||||
I sent a parcel to my friend from dtdc courier kayathar branch on 11.08.2022 morning, so consignee designation is nagarkoil, but that parcel not delivered still 14.08.2022(10am).Then i called to dtdc courier kayathar branch, they told parcel is in nagarkoil branch actually that parcel need to carry on my friend to muscat on 13.08.2022 at night, but he can't able to carry that, because of very worst and irresponsible service of dtdc courier now who give the compensation of my mental disorder i will rise the complaint to consumer court against dtdc courier as soon Was this information helpful? | |||||
