[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel not received yet status changed to Successfully delivered | |
Tracking number - D79964579. Parcel from Mumbai is sent on 4 Sept, 2021. We have not received the parcel and was continuously in touch with DTDC customer care who was providing us wrong information on daily basis. Today all of a sudden they changed the status to "Successfully Delivered". WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL. When contacted to DTDC courier executive to ask about receiver details they do not have any receiver information at their end. What kind of a service is this? HIGHLY UNSATISFIED.
