DTDC Courier & Cargo — parcel received at some other address

Address:17 Rashmohan Bhadra Road, Santoshpur, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700075

Dtdc tracking status is showing that a parcel having tracking id z27662034 is already delivered to a pincode of 700028 & also have been signed by my family. Where as my pincode is 700075. Parcel belongs to my name. Till now i didn't received the parcel nor anyone else from my family. Please resolve assap & send it to my address 17 rashmohan bhadra road, santoshpur, kol-700075. Waiting for your positive response.

Since I was busy & being in out of the station, I could not pick the call of courier person. As per the Tracking details product was handed over to the neighbor but checked with the entire building no one received any package from DTDC. Please do the needful to get my parcel back. My address is destination address is not ajmer my destination address is named- SA ghani, KONDAREDDY COLONY, MARKAPUR, Andhra Pradesh pin-523316 but tht courier is showing in ajmer how this possible please give decision immediately sir
