My sister had sent a parcel with #p45309780 from pune to paradeep (Odisha). Parcel returned from kolkata back to pune as per online tracking. Showing rto out for delivery from last 1 month. Noone is responding to calls. Helpline numbers are just for display. No one pick the call. Local offices pointing to other offices saying we dont have it. It may be there. This is cheating after charging money

Who.was taken address from dtdc office he was pure unfeet for your job, idiot don't know manglore where was in India that he/she written Moodbidri without asking any perfect details coustmer

I have couriered one iten on april 12th, and tgey said it will reach within 3 days, but till noe it didnt reach the destination. Iam really unhappy with DTDC service. Iam not able to contact customer care number also. They are not attending the calls. Poor service.
