Parcels keep lying at courier centres neither do they call the party to pick nor do they deliver! Pathetic useless service! Worst courier service! No numbers no contact info where to call what to do! They manually enter misleading information uj the tracking screen! Hundred times called them to deliver parcels and they saybthey dojt have courier guys or the staff is just negligent! They lost my parcel wortg 600 rs in the past inspite of several complaints they didnot deliver nor did they tell me where did my parcel go! The way dtdc works it seems parcels vanish in thin air! Docket numbers - z66004916, z66004914, z63834768, z49705131, z49764230! Attatching tracking details that mark the packets delivered and they are showed delivered to their courier centres not to the receiver!! None of them have been delivered! Misleading/incorrect info updated - receiver shifted/delivered/not at home/etc etc etc.. They can not be trusted at all! They are just fooling around doing nothing!
