DTDC Courier & Cargo — product is not in hub and did not moved forward

Hi team,

My parcel with consignment no. Z70514699 is not delivered yet.
Jaipur hub said they have forwarded it for deoli (Location to deliver), but still deoli hub not found any parcel from them.
Its been almost 10 days, while i enquire with them they just said “humne aage forward kardia hai”
Now the parcel is not with jaipur hub nor with deoli hub

Please check & get back to me asap.

Updated by Gulshaŋ They are Irresponsible, said to me: ‘Galti se shayad Deoli ke jagah kahin or ka pincode chala gya hoga ya phir parcel ka bag galat jagah hai
They don’t commit on their answers too.
