DTDC Courier & Cargo — product not delivered even after more than a week | |||
I am a student and for urgent project work i have ordered a product from ahmedabad. The product is shipped by dtdc. It has been more than a week and all i have received is nothing but disgusting service from dtdc. I have even called the helpline but of no use. I dont know what they do with the products of consumers. I am never gonna use this courier service. I am a college student and have paid a huge sum for this product and dtdc is not even able to deliver it properly. I want immediate action to be taken for my courier. The courier person in in Bengaluru Whitefield office refused to deliver the courier to my address. I asked him to deliver it but he told he can't deliver and gave my parcel to a nearest DTDC office and told me to collect it.
