DTDC Courier & Cargo — product not delivered, product is trimmer

My trimmer sent from nizamabad to gurgaon, but it is redirected. Why it is redirected i don't know. My contact number is [protected].in gurgaon i have to receive that product. They came for delivery but did not informed at least.
Consignment number is h13374126. Please delivery my product trimmer. It is showing now it is in gurgaon, but not delivered to me. I'm in gurgaon. Address is sriveda andhra pg, cmc residency, dlf phase 3, 40a road, gurgaon. Contact number is [protected].
