DTDC Courier & Cargo — product not received | |||||
This is regarding the package with consignment number V46526357 and reference number as[protected] that was sent from Delhi to Chennai on 30th August under their premium express service. The parcel when tracked online showed to be delivered on 4 September, but the person to whom it was sent to never received the parcel. None of the dtdc customer Care centre contact numbers work which are listed on the site. After mailing them my complaint, till 3 days there was no proper update given. All that I was told was that we are gathering information and will update you as soon as possible. After I posted on Facebook etc, I got a similar response. They told me after a week that they will ask the delivery man about the particular parcel and let me know. But after that there has been no communication even though I mailed again for customer service. The parcel is missing and I would like to claim from dtdc for all the loss that I have incurred. The parcel contained invitation cards which were to be delivered on priority. The cards are useless now since the function has passed. But since they are not sure to whom they gave, the parcel till date has not been received. I have got no follow up from dtdc and now my parcel is missing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
