I booked a consignment (Consignment no v[protected] on 6/02/2019 and i was charged extraorbitant price of 500 rupees for delivering consignment within 72 hours but i did not recieved my product within the promised time so i called customer care 10 12 times then they again promised to deliver product on priority basis till 12 feb but were not able to deliver on 12 feb i am contacting them for refund as they were not able to deliver my product within 72 hours and the next commitment date even after paying extraorbitant price now they are telling me to contact franchise from where i booked the product and franchise is telling me to contact customer care i have been calling both the franchise and customer care both are blame shifting each other no one is ready to provide me my refund
