DTDC Courier & Cargo — Regarding not delivering courier

Courier V37249308 is couriered from Bangalore to Udaipur and its reach in udaipur on 19th of April 2017 but not deliver to the customer. i have contacted to all offices of courier in udaipur their response were very negative and some of the courier center contact number were switched off. Courier is very urgent and they have kept without delivery to the customer. i have spoke to the relevant offices in udaipur as well as in Bangalore the answer is as usual like system is not working or will talk to them. such irresponsible services are not accpetable and create customer dissatisfaction.
