DTDC Courier & Cargo — regarding the shipment that is posted through dtdc

We have posted our package of apprx.3.22 kg in dtdc on 03rd sept2019 and the courier services vendor has inforned that oarcel will be delivered by 7sept2019. Today is 11sept2019..
Parcel is still not delivered.. They have charged for shipment through air but sending the parcel on surface.. Parcel contain all food items of worth around 2000. Vendor not responding even if we go and ask him.. Also claiming that the parcel is delivered.. Customer care and e tracking is showing that the parcel is still waiting in hub to be processed
Source is kakinada, andhrapradesh
Destination is airoli, navimumbai
