Sir, from dtdc courier office kudithini, bellary (dist) not delivering letters to kpcl btps plant, always over phone from dtdc office kudithini calling customer over phone asking them to to come and collect posts. Then why customer giving service charge to dtdc? so many times i asked, dtdc office regarding delivery of posts to kpcl plant still no improvement in service.
